Survival of the fittest and Struggle for existence cannot be allowed to damage equity, participation, rights, access and justice. UNIVERSAL DECLARATION OF HUMAN RIGHTS CHARTER has been very helpful in explaining social justice. Dr Ambedkar was the pioneer of social justice who not only struggled but became successful in incorporating social justice in the Constitution of India. Constitution of India clearly provides Fundamental Rights and Directive Principles of State Policy to strengthen Social Justice in India. Now Indian Society needs :

1. Law against caste.
2. Law against superstition.
3. Free education.
4. Free Justice.
5. Representation in Defence.
6. Pay back to family Law. Monthly pay to life partner, parents and children.
7. Incentive law for reservation in private sector.
8. Compulsory saving for each child.
9. Pre marital counselling, Pre parenting counselling, UDHR, Fundamental Rights and DPSP must be incorporated in compulsory primary education .
10. Universal Basic Income concept must be adopted in economy.
