Tribute to Annai Meenambal Sivaraj On Her Death Anniversary

Annai Meenambal Sivaraj (26 Dec 1904 - 30 Nov 1992) was a prominent leader in the anti-caste and social justice movements in India. She was one of the earliest and most prominent women leaders of the Scheduled Castes Federation (SCF), founded by Dr. B.R. Ambedkar, and played a significant role in advocating for the rights of marginalized communities.

This was done to honor Ramasamy’s relentless fight against caste oppression, Brahminical hegemony, and patriarchal norms.
