QUESTION 17:
What is Hinduism in just few words??
Answered by Shekhar Bodhakar
Hinduism = Jatism
(Casteism)
AND
Jatism/Casteism
= Hinduism
(Jati
is commonly but not precisely translated as caste).
I
am equating Hinduism with Jatism/casteism because:
1.
If you ask ANY person who professes to follow Hinduism, whether they come
from a family that has a jati identity or not, the answer will invariably be YES of
course they do.
2.
If you ask ANY person who doesn’t profess to have a jati identity
what religion they belong to, they will never say Hinduism
Furthermore, Hinduism is not a religion and what is commonly perceived as "Hinduism" is nothing but CASTEISM + SUPERSTITION.
